21-year-old man killed single-vehicle crash on JFK Blvd.

HOUSTON, TX – A man was killed following a major single-vehicle collision on John F. Kennedy Blvd. Saturday evening.

According to a report by HPD, the crash occurred at about 7:30 p.m. within the 17000 block of JFK Blvd., near Rankin Road.

Police believe the 21-year-old male driver of a black Lexus IS250 was weaving in and out of traffic when the vehicle struck a curb. The vehicle then veered off the roadway and slammed into several trees.

The driver was ejected in the crash and ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.
