2 people dead, 2 injured following car crash on Beaumont Hwy

HOUSTON, TX – Two people are dead and another two have been hospitalized following a collision on the Beaumont Highway this evening, according to information from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

Two victims were confirmed deceased on the scene by EMS, and two others were transported to local hospitals in unknown condition. The collision happened at 15706 Beaumont Highway at around 5:20 p.m., when two vehicles crashed.

Two people were pronounced dead at the scene.

Another two victims were taken to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.

Authorities shut down Beaumont Highway near the accident as they worked the scene. Their investigation continues at this time.
