2 fatally struck by pickup while crossing S. Main St. in Houston

HOUSTON, TX – Two pedestrians were fatally struck while attempting to run across Main Street in South Houston last night.

According to KTRK, the two victims were crossing mid-block near Broadmead Drive when they were hit by an oncoming pickup truck.

Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities are being withheld at this time.

The driver involved cooperated with investigators. No charges are expected to be field at this time.
