18-wheeler accident blocks shoulder on SH-146 in NE Baytown

HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A semi-truck collision caused a hazmat spill Tuesday morning on State Highway 146 in northeast Baytown, according to Houston Transtar.
The accident occurred on the northbound highway north of Highway 146B (North ALexander Drive) and was first reported shortly after 10:30 a.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the crash, but two vehicles were involved.
The wreck was blocking the right shoulder, but by 12:43 p.m., more than two hours after the accident, the scene was reported cleared.
