Fort Worth – Watauga Woman Killed in Fatal Car Accident on I-35

At least one person was pronounced deceased after a fatal vehicle accident on Interstate 35W, Monday.
In an unspecified time yesterday, a traffic collision has been reported on I-35 near North Tarrant Parkway. A white Kia Soul had been traveling along the highway when, for reasons that had not yet been determined, it collided with a semi-truck. The Kia ended up underneath the truck.
An occupant in one of the vehicles died as a result of the crash. She was only identified as a 23-year-old woman from Watauga. A ruling on her death is pending an autopsy. Another person sustained unknown injuries but it was not confirmed if they was sent to a local hospital for treatment.
No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress. The Fort Worth police are leading the investigation.
