Edinburg – Two -Car Crash on FM 1925 Leaves One Killed

At least one person died after a fatal two-vehicle collision on Farm to Market Road 1925 near Peach Street.

According to initial reports, the incident happened at around 9:43 p.m., west of Hoehn Road north of Edinburg. A semi-tractor trailer was heading east FM 1925 when it collided with a westbound red Ford F-150 pickup truck that was attempting to make a turn onto Peach Street.

The driver of the Ford, identified only as an Edinburg man, suffered life-threatening injuries from the force of the impact. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No one else was injured.

Edinburg Police Department arrived at the scene to determine the circumstances leading up to the incident. The investigation is still in progress.
